The first cost is the visitor who leaves because the offer is unclear. The second is the unsuitable enquiry your agent spends time chasing. A strong real estate landing page helps the right person understand the opportunity and take a sensible next step.

The first screen sets the terms of the conversation

The visitor should understand what is being offered, who it is relevant to and what happens after responding. A dramatic building video can support that message, but it should not be the only way to understand the page. Keep essential information in readable text.

Use approved facts and avoid hiding a major price or availability mismatch until after submission. The aim is not to collect every possible phone number. It is to help a suitable buyer recognise that the conversation is worth having.

The form should respect the work the visitor has already done

A visitor who has completed a quiz has already given you context. A short contact form can finish that journey without repeating the questions. A visitor arriving cold at a specific property offer may need a little more explanation before deciding.

Ask only for information you will use. Make required fields clear, support international phone numbers and keep entered details when a submission fails. An error message should help the person recover, not force them to begin again.

Relevant proof reduces uncertainty

Relevant client identities, approved project information and a clear explanation of the process can reduce uncertainty. Do not imply that an illustrative render is a completed property or that every campaign achieves the same results. Proof should clarify the offer rather than decorate it.

If detailed case studies are available by request, say so plainly. The button should lead to a matching enquiry flow. A visitor should not expect a download and instead find an unexplained sales form.

Mobile friction becomes a sales problem

Check the page on a narrow screen, including the country picker, keyboard, accordion and sticky buttons. Text should remain readable and the main action should not cover important content. Motion needs a usable still state if playback is blocked or reduced motion is requested.

Keep the layout stable while content loads. Reserve space for images and video, and avoid moving the form while a person is typing. Speed matters most when it helps the visitor complete the task rather than wait for an effect.

A successful message on screen is only part of the job

Confirm that a saved enquiry reaches storage and the intended integrations. Check team notifications and visitor confirmation separately. A success message alone does not prove that an email arrived or a CRM field was mapped correctly.

PropLaunch treats landing pages as part of the campaign, not a separate design exercise. If your ads are creating interest but the enquiries are falling short, we can review what buyers see between the click and the call.
